With mail service disruption expected due to the Canada Post strike, TSSA clients should continue to manage payments and download statements and authorizations through the . Existing account users are strongly encouraged to sign up for paperless invoicing through the Client Portal. If you do not already have an account, click to sign up as a new Client Portal user.

TSSA has launched the Client Portal, an innovative platform offering automated self-service functions and direct access to TSSA’s highest-volume applications.
Please visit the TSSA Client Portal for the following applications. For all other services, please continue to use the TSSA Service Prepayment Portal.

Expedited Services:

To submit an application online and make a prepayment, you will need the following:
- A completed application form (please ensure you use the latest version from the TSSA website)
- Required supporting documents, if applicable
- For existing customers, your TSSA customer account number and postal code (which can be found on a previous invoice)
- An email address
- A valid Visa or Mastercard
Please ensure you download the most current application from our website, as fees have increased effective May 1, 2025.
